“We Are Sherman”
We are Sher-man, home of the Ga-tors. Wel-come to our way cool school! When you're in the home of the Ga-tors, we won't snap or bite at you. We're kind. ("Yeah!") We're nice! ("That's Right!") And you won't need to ask us twice to do ("Yes Sir!") what's right. ("You bet!") And we can solve a prob-lem with-out a figh--t. When you leave the home of the Ga-tors, we hope you'll re-call our tune. And, when you'd like to be with friend-ly ga-tors, we hope you will come back soon. Deep in-side the home of the Ga-tors, we all learn to read and think. If you need some help in your learn-ing, we'll give you a friend-ly wink, and help ("fol-low me!") you too. ("You can do it!") We'll help you know just what to do. We're smart! ("Uh-huh!") and good! ("Yup, Yup!") And, when we make mis-takes, we fix 'em like we shou-ld. While we're in the home of the ga-tors, we will learn, and share, and care. And when we leave the home of the ga-tors, we'll be great most anywhere. ("Later Gator!") “Fifty Nifty United States” Fifty Nifty United States from thirteen original colonies; Fifty Nifty stars in the flag that billows so beautifully in the breeze. “Go Down, Moses”
When Israel was in Egypt’s land, (Let my people go!) Oppressed so hard they could not stand, (Let my people go!) Go down, (Go down) Moses (Moses), way down to Egypt’s land, Tell ol’ (Tell ol’) Pharoh (Pharoh) (Let my people go!) No more shall they in bondage toil, (Let my people go!) Let them come out with Egypt’s spoil, (Let my people go!) Go down, (Go down) Moses (Moses), way down to Egypt’s land, Tell ol’ (Tell ol’) Pharoh (Pharoh) (Let my people go!) When Israel was in Egypt’s land, (Let my people go!) Oppressed so hard they could not stand, (Let my people go!) Go down, (Go down) Moses (Moses), way down to Egypt’s land, Tell ol’ (Tell ol’) Pharoh (Pharoh) (Let my people go!) “America the Beautiful” Oh beautiful for spacious skies, For amber waves of grain, For purple mountain majesties Above the fruited plain, America, America, God shed his grace on thee, And crown thy good with brotherhood, From sea to shining sea. "Let Freedom Ring" America, Let freedom ring from shore to shore. Let music fill the air in song for ever more, with melody of might in harmony unite, with rhythm bringing all to see the light of liberty In majesty, America, we sing. America, let freedom ring. “Circle ‘Round the Moon” Circle ‘round the moon invites me to stay out in the winter time. Crystals in the air suggest that I prepare for the cold night air. High above the trees you will make me see that with such a sight sheer delight is hidden ev’rywhere for those who care to see. Caverns down below invite me to come down on the slipp’ry rock. Icicles of stone and horrid mountain gnomes hidden in the dark. (Part 1) In the ground below you will make me know that with such a sight sheer delight is hidden ev’rywhere for those who care to see. What great mind behind it, dreamed it and designed it? Pale moons, cavern tombs, starry, starry sky. Flurry blizzard snow, watch it as it blows in the blue gray skies. Sandy summer beach, hear the seagulls screech in the hot dry air. What great mind behind it dreamed it and designed it? Snowy night, summer flight painful beauty in my sight Making me long for you. (Part 2) (Wait) In the ground below you will make me know that with such a sight sheer delight, ev’rywhere for those who care to see. What great mind behind it, dreamed it and designed it? Pale moons, cavern tombs, starry, starry sky. (wait) Flurry blizzard snow watch it in the blue gray skies. Sandy summer beach, hear them in the hot dry air.
